I sincerely recommend P.Kasa. She took care of me punctually and we quickly agreed what we were going to do. P. Kasia works quickly and accurately, you can see that she knows her stuff. The effect is very good for me. The hair looks healthy and is arranged well. Mrs. Kasia also has some useful knowledge about home care, it's worth asking. Price for the service, haircut, highlights, toner, shoulder-length hair 250 PLN, is fair. greetings
I heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a decent hairdresser. Excellent hairdressing studio, charming atmosphere, full of kindness and sympathy. Here you can safely leave your hair under the care of professionals. These are the reasons why I am a regular customer. I have been going to Dorota's for several dozen years. Fantastic person and brilliant hairdresser. He can advise perfectly. Being in the salon, I also observe the work of the other girls and in my opinion the entire salon presents an extremely high level. I highly recommend!
I was looking for the number for the Salon and read the reviews out of curiosity.
I do not want to believe that someone who has a few years without any problems and uses the services with satisfaction will not write a single nice word, but one stressful situation (which happens everywhere) makes you go to war and pour out a bucket of wash.
As far as I am concerned, I have been using it for many years, I am satisfied.

The service is not only a haircut or coloring but also a customer approach. I have been a regular customer for over 8 years, and today I was treated by the owner as a random person from the street. I didn't even hear the word sorry for her mistake, I waited for service for over 2 months and today I stayed on ice. Pretentious tone, treatment in advance and lack of desire to solve the problem, I received in exchange for many years of cooperation. You can't explain this with confusion, because in a professional company this is unthinkable, especially since we've known each other for so many years and used the services of this salon not as an anonymous customer. Today I gave up, because I will not allow myself to be treated like this, I am joining a growing group of new clients who have resigned from the services of Ms Dorota because of the lack of respect and professionalism towards the client. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the behavior of the owner.
Fortunately, this is not the only hair salon in Piła and maybe it is actually time for a change ... I will go where I will be accepted with full professionalism and where I will have the service done with pleasure and a smile.
For me, a super professional hairdresser, nice service, schoolgirls, very thorough in washing and disinfecting, Mrs. Dorota, very thorough, very nice, and Mrs. Kasia always knows what color, what other hairstyle to choose, gives 10 points. Thank you.
