Ladies and gentlemen. With caution I warn against this agency! The old lady, probably, the owner accepts the customers barely dragging off the bed and coughing straight in the nose ... disheveled etc. Well, I wish you health! But the proper disease is the lack of even elementary knowledge about insurance, unsympathetic, harsh, vulgar treatment of a petitioner as a real commune ... the grace that anything at all ... The lady is misleading and says that how they will send something from the company is my problem . Oddity! How to call to inform you that she did the wrong thing, she throws the phone down saying "I don't care." Everyone can have a bad day. Such behavior is an extreme lack of professionalism! The level of embarrassing service. Warning! The same may happen to you. A lady from Kusociński wish you health and recommend courses! They help in running a business. And politeness ... because lack of it repulsive.
