We had a group trip to Essen, near Dusseldorf! We rented a bus for 23 people! Maybe it was a bit cramped, but it was warm, safe, and the nice driver was always there to help! The boss was very patient and she explained everything to us calmly, there was not a single problem with contact! In case of further trips, we will definitely use NovaBus services again 👍
