Worst moving experience I ever had. The contact is responding under pressure only and relocation so far takes twice as long as agreed. Moving handler is blaming everybody, including his client, IF he responds. Requests to be brought into contact with his supervisor are just ignored. BIG WARNING: I deeply regret having hired this company and am currently exploring legal options how to get my household delivered. One star for GMS MOVERS is one too many.

On November 15, GMS movers packed things to be carried out from Wrocław to California. In January they announced the necessary things will arrive in February, in February from the beginning of April and at the beginning of April from the end of April. Now I have no reply to the email, the contact person's phone does not respond, not to the reply to whatss app and the website under construction. I am really afraid that our things will ever reach the bass. The service and communication to receive the transfer was great. Then a disaster. Answers after a few lessons, no details about the relocation process. I am concerned about the whole situation. I do not recommend this experience. Our belongings are stuck somewhere and we have no idea where he is dreaming when and whether he will reach us.

We absolutely do not recommend GMS Movers for removals abroad. We believe that this company has failed in its task. We paid a fortune for transporting IN AN EMPTY CASE, which would fit twice as many things !! Gentlemen who came to collect the goods could not estimate what the box will fit, and what will not (limit to 1m3 due to transport by plane). We did not receive the information later that the box can be supplemented because it has a lot of free space. In addition, we did not receive any confirmation, which was packed for transport, because gentlemen just "ran out of prints". Another complaint is the delivery date - the parcel, which was supposed to reach us within two weeks, arrived only after a month. We sent her the necessary medical equipment, which, as it turned out, would reach us faster with a package of Poczta Polska. And the last thing is not preparing all the documents necessary to collect the parcel on the spot from the airport, or rather not settling this issue with the cargo service, which issued the package to us - the reception ended simply with a gigantic row. We believe that everything should be better prepared for this price. We have submitted a complaint to GMS Movers and we are still waiting for the company's reply to us by e-mail, and not via "feedback from the Internet" on the Google website.

A company whose common slogan is "the customer does not decide. The customer has to adapt". No customer support, very unprofessional contact. The company stops applying after receiving the money.

A really positive company at a high level of organization. Modern, new and neat cars, and above all a cultural and nice team.
