Contact is very difficult.
I'm calling in one matter and I hear two different versions from employees of this company 😂
We agree on a specific date of handing over the luggage to NL and picking up the Pl and then the driver has no contact and shows up 2 days later - failure!
I do not recommend this company, they left (lost) my luggage at a different address the driver and the owner gave different reasons not covering themselves, the baggage arrived after 2 days, the owner tried to zamydlic eyes some compensation and then neither received nor refund and contact zero
As a person who doesn't really like to ride buses, I'm afraid when someone drives I was calm! Mega satisfied and I recommend it the most.
