The young lady from the secretariat probably works there for punishment. For several weeks, despite efforts to issue a duplicate of graduation, I am not able to obtain information when it will be issued. During the first weeks of August I could not submit the application because there is no "friend is on vacation", but I can come on Monday when I return to the site fill out the application and pay. The husband going to the place hears that he has no friend again and that lady does not know where the conclusions are. Another week passes, I go back to fill out the application again and make the payment, after which I hear that I will not make the payment on the spot, although I asked by phone. After submitting the application at the first attempts to contact me again, I am sold off with the words "my friend has just returned from vacation" - apart from the fact that I have heard the same saying 3 times already, I noticed that I have been selling this for three weeks, you found a new argument that a year has begun school and this has to be taken from the archive what sounded like "I don't want to do it". Today, when you try to contact you again, you cannot determine when the document will be prepared. Arranging something in the secretariat is a miracle. I recommend you be patient and have great composure.
What is happening at this school can not be described, teachers instead of supporting the development of students probably come to this school for fun, a bit of seriousness ...
