I rarely leave feedback, but recently I have had a lot of (not very pleasant) experiences with furniture stores. I give 5 because the order info is updated frequently so I know what the status of my order is. The parcels arrived quite quickly, but this is not the most important thing, because I'm a bit used to waiting for furniture. Two elements in the package were damaged - I received clear and quick information on how to carry out the complaint procedure and confirmation of the complaint delivery and assurance of the delivery of new elements as soon as information from the warehouse arrives. In the furniture world, I have the impression that this level of communication is unfortunately rare, so I bow my head.

Unfortunately, I have mixed feelings about the experience of working with this company. I ordered 4 different furniture. Chairs and bookcase are OK, I'm still waiting for the table and bed. However, the issue of delivery and communication is tragic. The courier from the chairs did not say what time he would deliver them, he did not answer the phone, he left the parcel at the post office without a word, so I had to tug them home. The table was to be delivered after 2 weeks, after two days on the phone with another courier (in general, the couriers ordered by the company is a mistake), KupMeble informed me that my table is damaged so I have to wait another week. It is not known when it will be delivered. Situations are saved by Mr Weronik, who responds to e-mails and tries to alleviate situations. Thank you for efficient communication and solving the problem of bed delivery (because of my fault) but in general I have never had such a stressful and chaotic move as with KupMeble. Despite the fact that delivery up to 30kg is at the door, which I care about, I have already been informed that even for lighter shipments I will probably have to pay additional costs for bringing furniture. Defeat.
