The case was presented directly in the workshop, the general attitude towards the client was disrespectful, the all-knowing Lord. I had to wait for a reply regarding the date after the weekend .... I've been waiting for 3 years. The Lord did not speak normally.
My mother waited for 6 months for the mattress ordered in December, after which you agreed on a specific date that of course you did not meet. After another phone call, we heard the arrogant tone that pensioners are always in a hurry. If someone does not want to do and chooses customers, it is best not to take orders immediately and not treat customers in such an arrogant way.
I am very pleased with the ordered couch! After a few years it is still in great condition, I have no complaints! The upholsterer realized my vision of having a sofa inspired by Harry Potter movies - only on the basis of a few photos and loose ideas created something that perfectly matched my expectations. I highly recommend! :)
I ordered the seat to be raised as an extension. The performance exceeded my expectations, it looks like the original. I recommend Mr. Artur
