Today I bought the last hitec gloves, in the car it turned out that they have holes, after returning to the store it turned out that it was the last one, when I asked for a return on the card, the lady said that they do not have such returns and I can only choose another product . Eventually, I was forced to take other gloves, losing 10 zlotys at the same time. The service is completely unprofessional and incompetent, I do not recommend this shop.

Today I tried to return the purchased products in this shop in Bytów. As it turns out, the returns mentioned on the day of purchase are not respected. The goods can be exchanged for another, you can exchange for a voucher. Unprofessional saleswomen mislead the customer. The incompetent manager. I hope that the company's headquarters will be interested in this branch. I am addressing the matter higher because I am disappointed with the lack of quality of service.
