The town of Krobia obtained city rights as early as in 1286, it was formerly the main city of Biskupizna - that is, it was a city which was administered by Pozna艅 bishops. In the city center there is a picturesque market with a stylish city hall in the middle. The architectural layout of the market in Krobia has not changed since the city was founded. In Wielkopolska, only four cities have a similar layout: 艢roda, Krobia (1286), Ko艂o (1362) and Pleszew. - Krobia town got the main city of Biskupizna - that is, it was a city which was administered by Poznan bishops.
