Delays in this office are daily bread arranged for a specific hour in the middle of the day taken out of work, I wait 15 minutes and here the delay is at least + 40 minutes and Lady: if I want to wait, it's normal that there are delays, so I'll sit and wait because I have nothing another thing to do, just to sit in the internet age and to write about the delay is not a problem
