Good morning I bought furniture in the Blek Red Waith showroom on Kiszkowska Street in Gniezno. The formalities related to the purchase in the store were OK. Unfortunately, the problem began when the goods were to be delivered to the site. According to the contract, the driver was supposed to call me an hour before departure, which of course he did not, and therefore left with the receipt. The next transport was moved by the next few days. The long-awaited furniture finally arrived. What was my surprise when 6 elements were missing when assembling the dresser. I paid for complete furniture and I have a chest of drawers that I cannot use. After submitting the complaint, I also complained about the manufacturer's tardiness in settling my case. Unfortunately, the manufacturer's approach to the customer is a total failure. The standards of conduct of this company in such cases certainly come from the deep Polish People's Republic. I warn all customers against making purchases in this store and dealing with any complaints. In the end, it turned out that I had to pick up the missing elements from the store myself, a complete lack of professionalism.
