Pros: Friendly owners, close to the sea, quiet neighborhood, daily visits to the wild boar sdadek (just behind the fence). Minuses: Living conditions in Dutch houses as for communes ... I was the first and last time in such a house. A house designed for 5-6 people, I can not imagine being behind people in something like this. There is a grill next to each of the 3 houses, it would seem a plus, provided that the neighbors are burning the grill at the same time and when everyone is outside, the smoke from the grill flows into the house through all possible gaps. Through the walls you can hear the conversations of grilling neighbors. The worst for me, however, were the ubiquitous spiders !!! Despite the fact that we cleaned every day (there is a vacuum cleaner supplied), the spiders came out from nowhere and it is not known when. I believe that PLN 250. for such conditions it is definitely too much, besides Międzyzdroje is VERY overrated, apart from the avenue of stars and the pier, there is absolutely nothing there and nothing is happening. I suspect that the conditions in a brick house are much better. I have cured myself from the Dutch houses.
