Concerning the stay in August 2020 Pros: 1. Very good location in the first line of buildings from the beach, in a quieter part of the city - if someone does not want to listen to the rumble outside the window every day, I recommend it. The nearest descent to the beach is 4 minutes. walk. 2. Parking behind the building included in the price. 3. Equipment: a small fridge, a small hob (2 positions), a few cups, glasses, plates and pots, frying pan, cutlery, TV, iron with board, room dryer, screening equipment. Minuses: 1. Wi-Fi is there, but in our case, only in the corridor - when you close the front door of the apartment (ours was at the end of the corridor) the signal disappears and the staff "can't help it". Quite a pathetic approach these days - for a good manager, it would not be a problem. 2. Lack of access to the washing machine, even having a wash basin to wash a few things is only dreaming. There remains a small sink and a splashed bathroom ... 3. The car park is too small for such a number of guests - other cars are blocked whether they like it or not. In addition, a refurbished garbage container occupied a place. 4. Upon check-in, the amount of PLN 300 is charged / blocked on the card. OK, the company protects itself against losses. But why is there no one at check-out to check the condition of the premises? The gentleman from the office said in a nutshell that it was not his brooch, because he was there to answer the phone, and it could only be done by the cleaning crew. A very strange situation, because when you leave you are not sure if your stay will cost you 3 hundred more, the more so as not everything was fully functional at the time of arrival (the shower faucet without a button, loose handset holder, hinge in the kitchen cabinet, loose / detached skirting boards, stained walls from insects) Summary: In my opinion, this place is mainly due to its location. The infrastructure and approach to the customer leave a lot to be desired. Sun & Snow still has a lot to do here.

Historic building after reconstruction, right by the colonnade, 5 minutes from the center. The apartments have a well-equipped kitchen. Clean everywhere (tiles) and cleaned. Parking is included in the price.
