I give 5 stars for great customer service and very good contact. Unfortunately, the first piece of the chair I received had a construction flaw, but there were no problems with replacement. What's more - the company first provided me with a second piece without waiting for a refund, and I could return the faulty one after checking if the new one meets my requirements. I am very pleased with the service and contact. I recommend it because they are involved not only in sales but above all in full customer satisfaction.
Although the armchair did not meet my expectations and I had to send it back (admittedly after a small reminder - minus the asterisk) they did not bother sending me a refund to the account - I appreciate the company's honest practice
