I've been to other stores of this brand. Here, once again, the staff showed that they have no idea about customer relations.

Staff engaged in private conversations ignoring the customer. Ladies working in the shop did not answer me "hello" at the entrance, they were busy talking privately about psoriasis. After a while I left the store because I felt like an intruder disturbing the having a good time staff who must have forgotten they were at work. Complete lack of customer interest and lack of culture.

service fatal !!! customer service standard zero, or "Good morning", nobody at the store with customers, so ladies from service should even come, and here they are not interested and in addition talk about private topics while working.
