even one star is too much. I handed over to the complaint the product purchased in this store. I received an answer in which there are no particulars. It is not even written what product is involved. No signature - only stamp and parish. I ask the service the appraiser has signed because there is no information here and I am going to appeal. In response, I heard that Mohito can not afford an appraiser !!!! and the opinion seems ... an employee specially trained for this (this one is in the process of training). You did not give me ... my goods too! I heard that if you want to appeal, this product stays with them. That's absurd. it should be noted that there are no formulas for an appeal, no basic data and no right to issue the advertised goods. After all, the complaint was not recognized. There are no words for such customer treatment.
