I have been (or rather was) a doctor's patient for several years. He is a great specialist, but I think the money hit his head, after trying to cancel a bill (not a fiscal receipt), he tried to exclude 23% of VAT from medical services from me. The entire sum was returned to me only after I contacted the tax office. A very unpleasant experience, especially if such a gentleman was placed on a pedestal for many years as an honest man and a super specialist. I'm very sorry. Such a disappointment.
I recommend it with a clear conscience. Full professionalism. Doctors know their stuff🙂

Dr. Piotr Kiwiński a fantastic character. And a good doctor. The receptionist leaves a lot to be desired. Not enough that zero competence in the field of customer service also considers itself to be someone better than the customer.
