Regrettable service. Zero any interest in the customer. Mr. grandfather right at the entrance is probably the owner of the entire BRW. When I dared to tear him away from the phone call after 10 minutes of waiting (no one else was with the employees) to my question what is the waiting time for the item he wants to order grunted that "there is some" there. I do not greet you even with the middle finger :)

A small selection of furniture, a complete lack of interest. Gentlemen both on the ground floor and on the first floor interested only in talks among themselves. It is a pity to waste time.
