About 200 zlotys disappeared from my account some time ago. I noticed in history that a transfer to Austria was made from my account. So I went to the bank to explain it because I didn't do such a transfer. On the spot I heard that I was certainly doing this transfer and I don't remember. An old lady was even yelling and insulting me. So I decided to file a complaint by phone (losing time and money) After 2 weeks a refund was made to my account and a letter from PKO. I would add that someone broke into them from abroad. If the lady working at the bank were nice and helpful, the matter would end right away. I noticed that such rude treatment is also common in other branches of this bank, which is why I moved to another. Complaints did not help here. I do not recommend
