On 01/06/2021 I wanted to buy at the petrol station: Plak x2 rim cleaner Lock de-icer x3 Yellow price tags on the shelf: Rim cleaner 3.39pl Lock de-icer 0.75pln The lady who manages the cash register informs me that she can sell me only one rim cleaner because only one has been added to the system (while there are still 4 items on the shelf), and the lock defroster in the system is PLN 5.75. I showed you that the prices on the shelf are different, and I got the answer that you don't know what's going on and I either take it at that price or if it suits me, I don't have to buy. According to Art. 543 of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of June 10, 2002, items displayed at the point of sale for public view with an indication of the price shall be considered an offer for sale. Consumers therefore have the right to demand that an item be sold at the price that is placed on the shelf next to the item of interest to us. Such behavior and a mess at the station are unacceptable things these days. I will definitely not come back to your stations anymore and I would advise against visiting you, despite the fact that I have been your regular customer for many years.
