Although I was a regular customer of the bakery, buying fresh bread almost every morning, it did not save me from the coarse and abrupt behavior on the part of the saleswomen, not paying attention to the fact that this time I came with a small child. I suggest that the owner familiarize employees with the principles of quality management, including customer orientation. I'm sorry that despite the close proximity of the bakery, I have to shop somewhere else.
