They work 5 hours. Who do I work like that ?? Queues start in front of the building. I took a break from work on purpose and got nothing done. This bank is a mockery.

Trying to reach the bank, I was switched 10 times and no one answered the phone. When I asked if anyone was working in the facility, I heard that there are a lot of customers and that's why ... So for 1.5 hours no one is able to answer one call. In addition, the Bank did not take care of the documents after my ID change, and it took place A YEAR AGO !!! Therefore, I cannot withdraw a larger amount from another facility today at the other end of Poland. They spread their hands on the hotline, and I'm in ... Yes, where I have this bank. Time for change.
