The gentleman was very nice, professional, I was prepared to wait two days for the wheels to be covered, and the Lord did it right away, so I avoided going home on foot. I would recommend!

The pathetic approach to the customer by the owner of the store, tears at the customers because he is in a bad mood, I used the service and waited for my wheel to be finished, but when future customers buy a bike, the service doesn't care anymore and sends the employee to the store, after which it turns out that they will not finish their work because he did not make it. I wasted an hour of time, I gave the wheel to the Bicycle Room and impressions without comparison, I recommend avoiding this pathetic store and service.

Very unpleasant service. I wanted to buy my daughter a bike in this online store. I didn't get the answer to the question she asked and I heard "If you want to buy a bike online, call me where you want to buy." So where did I call? For meat?
