Furniture of tragic quality, wavy edges on each element, scratched, torn (purchased 3 shelves and the same in each, each single element badly made and damaged). Our mistake that everything was put together should be sent back. The Lord suggests replacing the damaged elements ... they would have to send a whole new set of furniture ... it makes no sense to disassemble the glue-mounted furniture now ... besides, all the shelves looked the same bad, so what happened that they could look better? Also, please avoid this store, it is a waste of time later to send back or replace elements ...

I RECOMMEND to avoid the store with a wide berth. The assortment, although "available", does not have it at all. I placed the order two minutes after the telephone confirmation of availability - after two days (when the armchair was supposed to be at my place, the shipment was supposed to be in 24 hours) I received the information that "we are sorry, but we do not have them anymore". An embarrassing situation! In addition, the Lord informed me over the phone that I could not place an order other than through the website, and the lack of availability of an interpreter, because they also had telephone reservations and their own collection. Mockery, lack of professionalism, or actually no service. I am glad that I did not pay for this chair, because now I would probably be without the chair and without money (looking at the level of this "shop"). I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Cheaters!

I do not recommend this company. No self-respecting company should afford something like this. On the website, I ordered a shoe rack at a ridiculous price of PLN 40. I have not received the goods. My order has been canceled and the money has been returned only to be able to issue the bookcase at the new price, i.e. PLN 69. I bought this bookcase for PLN 80, but in a different company. I'd rather lose out than continue working with someone so unprofessional.

I strongly advise against. I chose this store because of shipping in 24h. Unfortunately, it has not been sent since Monday. The price for the item that I wanted to receive was high compared to other offers, but I chose because of the time it took me to complete the order. Shipment the second day is waiting for pickup by courier. A very unprofessional approach. I would like to hear that the parcel is delayed for some reason. Injury of the nerves PS. The owner is outraged at all negative comments and attacks people who have put negative reviews. It only confirms what I wrote above - i.e. lack of professionalism. I contacted your company for the first time on May 14, on that day my order was canceled on another site due to a lack of product in stock. I wanted to be on time, so I found this company that ships in 24h. The gentleman with whom I spoke at the time said that even if I place my order today (Thursday), it will be with me on Monday or Tuesday, because THE COURIER PICKS UP THE SHIPMENT IN THE MORNING. I placed my order on Friday, but the payment did not pass (PAYu fault). So I thought - I will order it calmly on Mon Order placed 18 after 9:00 am May 19 at 11 am whether the order will be sent today - I was informed that they are not in stock, it will be on Wednesday !!!!! So I'm saying ok, they'll send on Wednesday. 21 have 16 o'clock comes and no info. So upset that earlier I received the information that the courier takes parcels in the morning, I wrote to the store that if today (May 21) they do not send me a parcel, please cancel the order and refund the money. I also wrote this opinion at the time. And, oddly enough, after 3 hours the courier received the parcel (in the evening);) Fortunately, the parcel arrived before the weekend. Of course, I would be willing to change my opinion, but the attitude of the person answering the opinions discouraged me. The quality of workmanship is also not compelling. But at this price, there is nothing to expect more. For the future, I suggest PROFESSIONAL to respond to the opinions issued by customers, because this is how to build the image of the store and to reliably update the availability of the product on the store's website. Certainly it will save both customers and the owner nervously;)
