An interesting fragment of the Vistula in Puławy is Łacha Wiślana. This former riverbed located at the foot of the Czartoryski Park is now a wild pond inhabited by birds and surrounded by lush vegetation. Puławy is inseparably connected with the river from its beginnings. Location of the wild Vistula further emphasizes the character of the city. Formerly, when the river was an important communication route, the location above it was of additional economic importance. Today, the Vistula is too shallow here for large ships to sail on it, but thanks to it you can admire the wild, untamed nature in the city center.

They cleaned up the surroundings of Łachy (park part), set up cameras and ... bans for catching fish! Maybe it would be enough to control and not overtake legal anglers?

very nice natural places in the Czartoryski Park, I recommend you to find yourself, of course, on Google or You can have some new offline applications, not necessarily on Google and see what a lot of wild birds look like, beautifully natural around this Łacha there is also a path that also leads to monuments and interesting places in in the Czartoryski Park

It would be a great place if someone took care of him. Has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, now the potential ends and it's a pity.

It's nice, but it could use a rag bed to be cleaned. Terribly muddy. Nothing has been done here for centuries. Detriment!!!!
