The facility in Galeria Katowicka was to be closed on Saturdays until 9:30 p.m. at 7:30 p.m. and no information, additionally, it is displayed as open

As part of the cash desk service, as a client of mBank, I asked to replace the damaged banknotes (2) but I was refused by directing me to the NBP. This is another issue where I waste my time and nerves. Fortunately, I settled the matter with the competition.

The service was not very rude, but the bank does not offer to replace the card with any other, and the graphics of the current card leave a lot to be desired, quoting the graphic I know "very good design in paint". Offers only for new customers, and those who have been with the bank for 5 or 20 years, well, they're not new. I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed.

Super branch! The best in Katowice :) I especially recommend P. Mariusz. I deal with dot company quickly, efficiently and without problems
