I confirm the above opinions. I was in this salon once. Nails made 2.5 hours durable only 2 days.

I definitely do not recommend. I went to this salon to make a hybrid. not only that you performed the procedure 2.5 hours (where it normally takes 1.5), the varnish was applied unevenly, and the hybrid after 2 days of the hybrid sprayed off. EDIT: Yes, the owner offered me a nail repair, but neistas do not have time to go to the salon the second time during the week, especially that the other nails also left much to be desired. That is why I offered compensation. Nothing I wrote is not true, and I sent the owners pictures of nails (fact after 5 days, and nei after 2, because they were holidays) so you can't say that I blackmail you!

After my first visit to this salon, I would give a 5 rating (very friendly service, hybrid nails were made for 2.5 hours, but the kindness of the owner compensated for it. I must point out that I was there on a groupon). After such a good impression, the boy bought me a groupon for another visit, which turned out to be a disaster. At the beginning, I heard from the owner that I am not registered anywhere, so where did I come from (earlier I signed up for my first visit through booksy, so now I did the same). I heard that then they "winked at it", but now it is a cardinal mistake. The owner, when she heard that I was on the groupon, immediately treated me "in advance", saying that if her regular customers and people who pay the full amount appeared, she would not serve me (because I pay 30 zlotys less). Later, the lady owner said that she would read the regulations to me, because on groupons you can use her services only once (she was not convinced that I got it as a gift that was bought from another account) I understand, our mistake, it is possible that we have not read it in regulations, however, when I asked if the service would be provided, I heard an affirmative answer, and after a while I hear "So you pay the full amount for the service?" "If not, please cancel groupon as it will not be processed" I was shocked, let me add that I waited 20 minutes to hear it. It is very unpleasant, because it is possible that you would have another regular customer, but after today, unfortunately I will avoid your salon. And treating someone better and treating someone worse is definitely not good behavior. edit: Take my word for it that you certainly would not like to be treated like I was by you yesterday. As for the explanation of the regulations - you did not know at all that I visited your salon before, so do you really remember that you explained the regulations to me (nothing like that happened on the first visit, I would not make this mistake the second time). I understand that you comply with your regulations and despite the fact that it was my gift and I was traveling to you for over an hour, the service was not provided. This opinion is not written to show you the lack of professionalism in some way, but to point out that every client should be appreciated, not only the people who come to you to provide 3 services (a client who was in same time as me).
