I was there today, I was very scared, but I was also very pleasantly surprised by the professional approach. My first visit and I hope it won't be the last :)
Ladies and Gentlemen, I thought that we use each other's services with mutual respect, unfortunately not really. Today I had an appointment at 12 o'clock. When I arrived, I didn't receive any information about delays, and I had nothing to dream about an earlier phone call. By asking I received information about a 15-minute delay and all in all it was not a problem for me because you know such things happen. However, the problem was the lack of information that the Dermavip website about any delays, in particular that after 30 minutes I was still sitting and waiting for information. Unfortunately, I could not afford to wait any longer because I was not prepared for it, especially that when arranging an appointment I asked about whether there are frequent delays and whether we will make it in 30 minutes. The whole situation is quite unpleasant because encouraged by positive feedback I decided to use the services of Dermavip. Always if there is any delay I am informed by phone or on the spot. Aesthetic medicine is not something everyday and cheap, so please respect your clients because this approach does not mean anything good. Personally, I felt like one of the next people to pay and not require basic information.
I've been 2 times 2 years apart. Each time it was professional and fast, which is a big plus for me. (these were skin treatments)
