Ok
I strongly advise against anyone shopping in the Kross online store. I bought my bike was inconsistent with the specification (pozagrupowe brake calipers). Authorized living while collecting and identifying the difference sent me to the national side and there, as it turned out, customer service is one word total mockery zero response to e-mails, the hotline can wait for hours, not their problem. Finally, after about 3 weeks of waiting, I decided to return the goods. Relatively quickly, by Kross's standards, I received a call from a quite confused lady asking where is the bike (returned 2 days earlier in the salon) and a promise that my case would be taken care of ... Oh, sure ... Another 2 weeks have passed, I return the money still had not waited. Zero contact. Mockery and parody, 1 star is too much for them.
To sum up, I wasted almost 1.5 months, the bike and money are still missing.
The most fun are their replies under some critical comments asking to be contacted by email;) They are quite jokers ...
