I recommend very nice and friendly service

My experience with Nałęcz Clinic is very negative. I had several treatments with them. As long as everything went well they were nice and seemed professional. It was only when I went through the unsuccessful tear valley treatment that disfigured me that I saw the terrible lack of professionalism and arrogance of this company. First of all, for the first week I called them several times a day asking for consultation and advice. My face was swollen and sore. I sent them emails that they didn't reply to. I live in Warsaw and the clinic is in Katowice, so I tried to contact by phone because I did not yet know that the problem is serious. After a long time, I finally got the message that my email was in spam and it was a signal to me that the clinic avoids liability. I got a response from the clinic with the date of the meeting, but when I asked to talk to the doctor or confirm that the dissolution of the acid and removal of subcutaneous hematomas would take place at their expense, they began to avoid me and did not respond to my emails. I was at another doctor who said that the preparation was given too shallow, a cheap preparation replacing hyaluronic acid and under both eyes I had blood vessels broken. I do not recommend and warn you. After situations like this one can know what the company cares about and whether it cares about customers. He doesn't care, and their clinic is a production line, which confirms the cool approach to clients and [patients] of Dr. Szafrański.

I recommend the Nałęcz Clinic to anyone who wants to deal with beauty deficiencies, improve their appearance and well-being. A great team of qualified people works at the Clinic, which unmistakably selects appropriate treatments for patients. Dr. Szafrański has an individual approach to his patients and makes sure that they are always satisfied with the effects of therapy. Personally, I use the treatments performed by Mrs. Natalia (I recommend!), Who is a cosmetologist by calling, always smiling and energetic, with a lot of knowledge and empathy. I have already recommended treatments at the Nałęcz Clinic to family and friends, and I recommend it to everyone who wants to achieve real effects of aesthetic medicine treatments.

Aesthetic interiors, nice atmosphere and service and (what is very important in such places) high care for cleanliness and modern equipment. I do not feel the time passing by during the treatments, moreover, I do not wait for them long - visits are well planned and everything takes place smoothly, without downtime (for people with a busy schedule of the day it is important). Ms Natalia very nice and contact, always smiling and above all a professional hand. :)

I recommend 100%! Great atmosphere and professional service. I used the microneedle mesotherapy procedure, which was performed by cosmetologist Iza. I am very pleased with the results. Visibly even color and improved the overall condition of my skin. I can enjoy a fresh and radiant look :)
