Unfortunately, we got a renovation!
Plus too many attractions for small children and good ice cream. Minus not enough encouraging service and lack of cleanliness both in the monkey grove and on tables, armchairs. We entered when the whole room was empty, only two ladies from service, and tables uncluttered with dishes and dirty. And recently it has become much more expensive ...
Edit .: I answer that we were 17/08/2019 after 15:00. I will add, because a pair of children came for us, who were for the first time and asked the staff about the rules, the ladies only said the price, while they only learned from us that you need to take off your shoes and take socks from the container at the entrance - a as you have assured below, the staff should inform about hygiene rules - by the way.
A perfect place for kids and not only. Enough attractions for children. Sitting at the table, we have the entire room in sight. Delicious coffee, pancakes and salty snacks. Prices very affordable. We recommend;)
