Pizza Vera Pub

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Pizza Vera Pub !!! It is a former Pizzeria Vegas from which we often ordered pizza. We liked it very much and there were never any problems with the pizza and the delivery itself. We called the same number as for Vegas and it turned out that now there is Pizzeria Vera and the number has not changed, only the owner. We ordered pizzas for an hour, over 2 hours in advance. When the agreed time was over, we called the pizzeria. The woman said the driver was on his way. The supplier was half an hour late and was very unpleasant. It turned out that the pizza was more expensive because there was a delivery added, which was not mentioned by phone. The deliverer was noticed that he was late and he explained that he was going from Turaszówka (let's ignore the fact that the pizza was ordered for a given hour to the center of Krosno so the driver should have left earlier to deliver the order on time) and we could order food from another pizzeria. We didn't hear a word I'm sorry. We told him the pizza was probably cold and he denied it. We suggested checking the pizza and it was cold as we thought. The provider began to become even more unpleasant and aggressive. He said he was taking the pizzas. We didn't allow it because it was a family party and we didn't want to replace the pizza for the birthday boy with sandwiches or anything else. After the whole incident, we called the pizzeria. The woman who picked up was the owner. She did not react to the whole situation in general. She said she did everything she had to do (i.e. accept the order). The woman also became very unpleasant and said that we can reheat the pizzas in the oven. How can you say that? Who orders pizzas to reheat them later? If someone does not have an oven, what should they do? Heat up in a pan? I am embarrassed and shocked by the attitude of the supplier and owner! This has never happened to me and I did not think that nowadays everyone is fighting for a client, due to the high competition, this is how you can treat your clients. The owner did not try to smooth the situation in any way. She told us not to talk back! I STRONGLY ADVISE, because it is nerve damage. There are many pizzerias in Krosno that should be supported because they have some respect for other people and care about their reputation.

Pizza burnt. Waiting time over an hour. Everything flies thin. There are practically no ingredients. Raw broccoli in places as well as cake ... Not seasoned. And for just every PLN 50 ... hahaha !! I'd better make a home for myself. I did not pay the full amount, despite the fact that you asked for an additional PLN 5 for delivery !! I do not recommend!!!

The pizza is terrible, it is frozen from the supermarket, I will never order it again by me or my friends. I suggest the owners and staff look for a job in a different industry because they have no idea about cooking

If someone is hungry, yes and he will eat it, but you feel you are saving on ingredients, not that there are not enough of them, but quality is not ideal.
