Healthy, delicious food! After ordering the dish, you hear the hammer breaking and the potato grater, not the microwave bell. My wife and I arrived in Bieszczady. There were Russian dumplings, pork chops and goulash to choose from. Such a short list announced the freshness of the dishes and we were not mistaken. We were tempted to take the first two positions + compote. When ordering, you can see through the window working, experienced ladies, lying dough, cooking pots. The best pork chop I've ever had, wonderful coating, not fat :-) Ruthenian dumplings were so good that my wife tortured me to come back to them again. And the decor. Lovers of glamor will probably not like it, but we were delighted. The well-preserved, unique wooden style of the 1960s has its own unique atmosphere. A pearl for everyone bored with the trends of interior design in recent years. And at the same time clean and aesthetically pleasing.
