Described battle of Wales. A monument like a monument.

A beautiful place with history. Unfortunately, you get there either with a good GPS or accidentally. Access is practically unmarked. Perhaps following the January Uprising Trail will be easier, but following the route from Wyżar is going into the dark.

In the Knyszyńska Forest, about 6 km. from Radunin, there is the Chomotowszczyzna Reserve with the Piereciosy Hill (Przeciosy), where on April 29, 1863, the first battle of Walery Wróblewski's ward with Cossacks took place, during the January Uprising of 1863. It was the largest battle of the January Uprising in the Knyszyńska Forest, where 32 Polish insurgents were killed in an unequal battle. This event commemorates the grave in the Piereciosa's enchantment.

Perhaps the grave itself was not particularly attractive, but finding it and wandering through the forest from the Wyżar side will bring a lot of fun. I wandering in the evening I came across a bison, unfortunately it ran away in front of my lens. when we get to the crossroads behind the river medium, there is an information board but we still do not know where the grave is, because it is a little further from the road. From the side of the Queen Stand it is also difficult to hit. But it is worth seeing.
