To begin with, that's the worst experience me and my family had in our lives compared to other stays in apartments or hotels. As we came in to the room, it was not as cozy as it was pictured in the photos, but it didn't affect our mood. Then we noticed that one of our blankets were with "mini-holes", we politely asked owner to change them. To change our blankets, we had to pay extra 20ZL (5± euros). However, it was not the problem for us and we paid for it. After 15minutes, as we already settled-in, owner of the apartment started banging at our doors. We were thinking that she came back to apologise for this misunderstanding, but we were asked to leave without any solid reason and got our money for the accommodation back. Good thing we found another hotel to stay-in, because this incident happened at the evening. To sum up, owner was very cold to the customers, couldn't explain properly why we have to leave if we only asked our blankets to be changed, nothing more. Photos of blankets and room will be attached to this review. P.S. One of the beds was broken as you can see in the photos attached.
