Pandora in Libero: I advise you to get acquainted with the offer online before your visit, otherwise I would have no idea what the choice is. It cannot be that the customer would like to buy a charm (there are plenty of them on the Internet) for the bracelet, and the grumpy saleswoman does not want to speak to present anything. The lady asked about the metal - I said how much charms I am interested in. She pouted and asked for the type of metal again, and then showed charms mostly exceeding the specified amount (and it was not about PLN 20, just a normal amount in which there are a lot of charms - internet knowledge). I had to somehow "talk" with the saleswoman and suggest something from memory that I could want to see: whether it was a kind of pendant or a collection, and I did not have to know (and without the Internet I would not know) that such things are offered. No initiative from the seller. This was quite surprising, especially since there really weren't many customers in the store at this point. It was very quiet, no lines like in other malls. A bit resigned, I left with one trifle selected by the Internet earlier, but I was unsatisfied, I wanted to see other things live too (and maybe leave more money ...), but I had the impression that the unpleasant and VERY silent saleswoman was at work for punishment and I'm disturbing her.

Very nice service, ladies with commitment and kindness helped me make a choice when buying a gift. I wish there were more such sellers in galleries. I heartily recommend it 100%

Service in the salon at the highest level. Ladies approach each client very professionally. Always a nice atmosphere. I only go shopping here. I would recommend!

I am very pleasantly surprised by the service in the salon. Monika helped me to complete the entire bracelet, devoting all her attention to me and most importantly she was very patient and understanding.
