Hello, my wife advertised a ring. We are waiting for the complaint submitted on May 12 this year. Not a single phone call from the living room. Only when she started calling after about 30 days did the ladies start to act. A new ring has been awarded, unfortunately the next weeks we are waiting for them to bring it from another salon. Embarrassment because the complaint should take 14 working days to respond, we have almost two months and we do not know what to do next ...
