Domek pod Klonem is located very close to the centre of Białowieża. The place itself is very clean and quiet. Rooms have en suite bathrooms, and our had a balcony. There is ample parking space on the property. It is possible to sit outside and have a lunch or even bbq. It is possible to have your breakfast in the morning served in the dining room. Overall highly recommended. Host is very helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions, where to eat and so on. Thanks for having us.

The attitude of the owner of the object, who did not behave like the host, but the owner of the building with the deed of ownership. After arriving at the guesthouse, he showed us only the room - no information regarding the segregation of rubbish (where the containers are), or the possibility of using the grill (which was also included in the facility's proposal). On Friday, after returning from the route in the Białowieża Forest, around 9 p.m. we wanted to light a barbecue to eat dinner. Earlier, a colleague asked the lady (mother of the owner who looked after the facility during his absence) about the options of using this "convenience" and was dismissed with a comment that we should wait for the son to arrive. My son didn't come so we asked her to provide us with a barbecue. The lady pointed out that we should deal with it earlier, not after 9 p.m., that she now has to clean it and look for it. A group of adult people are staying in the accommodation for which they paid not little, and the mother of the owner tells us what we should and should not. With a huge stick, the grill was made available to us. Of course, the Lady paid us a short visit so that we remembered to turn off the lights in the storage room several meters away from the barbecue site. The entire evening our table was illuminated by a flashlight that my friend took with her for the trip. Without it, we'd have to sit in complete darkness - no one even offered a candle. Because we did not know where the garbage cans are, and it was not possible to search on our own, because we felt like intruders, we left the garbage in bins in the guesthouse. On the day of departure, they were issued to us by the owner who asked why we throw them into baskets at home, since there are containers that he did not mention a word during the entire stay. Generally no more going back to this place. Friends too. The approach to the customer and the flow of information are on an embarrassing level there.

Domek pod Klonem is a really special place. Centrally located, close to everything, it offers very comfortable, neat and clean rooms with a bathroom and a kitchenette. All amenities are present, the owner makes sure that nothing is missing. The owner himself is a golden man who knows his job, is friendly and understanding to guests, he will suggest, advise and help. He cares about his clients, tries to make the stay in the guest house really special. I booked the breakfast option and I absolutely recommend it to everyone. Everything is fresh, warm, tasty, prepared with sympathy and commitment. Revelation. If I could - I would have spent more time here. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and I will probably look here more than once again! The cottage under the maple is what is expected of an ideal guesthouse.

Mr. Waldemar, the owner is a human soul, the object itself is unqualified, ideal for families with children. We were with our two daughters. The whole family relaxed and happy with the stay. We recommend Kowalczyk :)
