Clean basic rooms in a new hotel in a wonderful setting. Staff in the reception is knowledgeable, very friendly and polite.Unfortunarely the overpriced restaurant downstairs offers mediocre food and lousy atmosphere - complete with loud tacky shows on a large screen. I would stay there again but would make sure to bring an electric kettle, cups and plates, along with tea, coffee, and basic breakfast foods and snacks.

very nice hotel: clean, warm in the very center of Białowieża, but without the hustle and bustle because in the middle of a huge park. Fresh bedding, towels, comfortable beds, fast wifi, air conditioning, value for money very much in favor. stove with microwave, fridge and kettle available. it is a bit strange to vary the price of rooms depending on whether it is on the floor or ground floor. I will go back there unless the prices rise drastically
