The hotel's common parts are really really dated - the photos are misleading. The corridor is like something out of The Shining. The spa/pool has awful loud pop playing. It's also quite far from the actual town centre/park. The breakfast buffet is really limited and waitresses serve you from the buffet. This isn't hygienic, given that the same waitresses are also cleaning up dirty plates and wiping tables - they go straight from picking up guest's used cutlery to handling your food with no hand washing or change of plastic gloves. The food is also all uncovered, so there are lots of flies. Rooms themselves are a bit more modern, but there's no sound proofing and you get two single duvets on a double bed. Basically, it's ok given its cheap but I wouldn't go back.

This place feels very 90s and has seen better days. The decor is rather tacky and could do with some renovation. There was disco polo music playing from downstairs for most of the day. The pool was okay but the entrance to it with the lighting was also very tacky. Breakfast was good but their way of dealing with COVID-19 was a farce. They had two waitresses serving the buffet breakfast and handling the tongs instead of the guests. Yet other guests were still helping themselves and the whole thing was a mess. Also, upon checking in we asked the receptionist if we could park our car in the hotel car park. She replied "of course" but failed to mention that there was a charge of 25,00PLN for this. So when it came to checkout it was something of a surprise. Overall this place needs a bit of improvement.

Very relaxed hotel. Liked the garden, the room, food and service. When speaking English communication was hard from time to time. Lucky, one of the staff spoke french so that helped.

Amazing place with lots of attractions both for private and business stay, unbelievably delicious natural food, national park just two steps away, great and friendly service, elegant rooms, decent prices! :-)
