The rating is not the place, but the owner. We had an overnight stay booked, we arrived by bike around 10 PM - it was already dark, we were tired. The gentleman showed us a trailer in terrible condition, where I heard over the phone that it was a house with a bathroom and kitchen facilities for a low price. The trailer is old, damaged, stuffy and dirt inside. The bathroom, of course, was a mistake, there was an outhouse at the campsite. We asked if the price was really that that it was presented differently over the phone. The gentleman, under the influence of alcohol, became aggressive, said that if the price did not suit us, we should leave the area - he said it in a very aggressive and arrogant way. He even threw us out of the yard. I didn't see the place during the day - it was already dark when we arrived. The shown "kitchen" "bathroom" overgrown with ford. I do not recommend. We were kicked out of the property at 10pm only because we asked about the price.

A great place. Peace and quiet, no highway. You can live in the cottage. We live in a roof tent right on the lake. 3m from the water. In the morning a beautiful view of Hańcze. Access to sanitary facilities and summer kitchen. Children's playground. A beautiful shelter with a great attic right on the lake. In the morning the cows from the small pasture next door roar cheerfully. I recommend it with a clear conscience. Mega positive. Aaaaa and forget-me-not ... The best part .... There are no mosquitoes :)) it's a sensation. We live 3m from the lake and haven't seen a single mosquito !! :) We came back here again :) Mr. Adam, thank you for everything !!! We will definitely come back. It's nice to come back to good places :)

I am very sorry to give you only one star. A beautiful place in terms of nature - a large area, right on the rocky shore of Lake Hańcza, wonderful greenery and peace. And at the same time, the conditions are a joke. Aesthetics straight from the used furniture fair in Germany, omnipresent mediocrity and disorder. The field kitchen looks a bit like a bad horror movie, it does not add appetite for breakfast ... I did not include several years old spider webs in the pictures. Yes, several years old, not several days. The host is fine as a person, but apparently he does not understand the enormity of this agritourism. It is a pity, because the place is unique.

We have been coming back for nine years. The best place for us. The climate and the people who come here. Made friendships for years. If someone is looking for luxuries, it's not here. Not a hotel here, not a guesthouse. But we like close contact with nature and we are not afraid of spider webs. There are bats, spiders, dragonflies, birds, a clangor of morning cranes, frogs. Lots of trees, so nice coolness on hot days. A bush of currants by the river. Ducks. And most of all, peace of mind. I recommend!

Disorder, chaos, general neglect. No good quality, no taste. The owner goes for quantity rather than quality Maybe it's time ...? Honestly insulting guests.
