Very efficient and friendly service. Mrs. Anna was serving me, unfortunately I did not remember the name. May it be in every bank, nice and sympathetic with the attitude to solve the problem.

Generally, bank failure, over a month ago I ordered the debit visa card and I haven't received it to this day. Where it does not take more than 2 weeks. In the meantime I called the bank to follow the case, the customer service lady informed me that there are a lot of orders after cards (i.e. eye-bleeding for the customer) in 3 days fly abroad and I do not have a card and the possibility of payment abroad. Most recommend Mbank because everything can be taken care of thanks to WBK for care.

Very competent and friendly atmosphere, employees who care about the customer. I praise my contacts with Magdalena Schulke very much. It is worth having an account at Bank Zachodni.
