I will skip the general opinion about the bank and focus on this branch. The loan, which the bank proudly calls express, got beaten 3 days (devoting a few hours a day). There were shorter wars! Each time with a malicious smile it was difficult for me to settle matters. The best example of professionalism was the preparation of documents with me, although I was promised that the system will be introduced 20h before my (next) visit to the branch. In addition, I know that you do not have to have a generally available water distributor, but a simple human instinct and a nice gesture would be to give her when my pregnant wife asked her about it. It was not a whim, but a need which (in my opinion) your employee did not satisfy with pure malice. Fortunately, a store near the one in the assortment posaidał ...

I closed my account with this bank. Unfortunately, I found a Mr. Paweł, who was "substitute". After 2 months from the visit, it turned out that my account was not closed at all and fees are being charged. It's good that I checked it in time, because in a few years I could have a high debt for this master's mistake.

Massacre. I have the impression that there is an Italian strike there. This branch is a tragedy. Make a call and fix a massacre. I advise you to avoid from afar. The rating applies to this branch.
