I was denied admission today with a toothache. The facility that has signed a contract with the NFZ has the right to admit the patient out of sequence, so I would like to inform you that I am submitting an official complaint to the NFZ Department. I know that in such cases a heavy penalty may be imposed.

The doctor is kind and talkative and more and more light-hearted, control visits are unreliable and ineffective. Waste of time. Better to go to Olsztyn and have a professional service, and also at the National Health Fund.
