The slogan on the website says: "Its main goal is professional service in the field of insurance, credit and real estate." Maybe he is professionally but personally I have been treated very rudely and with a grudge in his voice and facial expressions suggesting a complete lack of interest in the problem with which I come. Perhaps for the lady serving everything is clear but I do not deal with insurance and do not understand some formal nuances. That's why I commission the company "Package" SUPPORT that in case of doubt I would like to get factual information because I have some doubts and problems. I would expect a calm explanation. Treating the client as a client is a misunderstanding and I would suggest to change the profession or to work on HANDLING. My grievances and complaints about the quality of the service provided do not apply to the whole PACKAGE company, but only one person with whom I had no pleasure in talking for about 3 minutes. (desk on the right at the end of the office). Unfortunately, such behavior leads directly to small but image-related losses, which sometimes are more difficult to rebuild.

I recommend nice ladies who will not get rid of, but choose insurance for your needs OC, AC, etc. I would give 6 stars but I would run out.

I believe Package Company. Insurance, loans, real estate is of interest. I recommend it to anyone looking for professional service at the highest level, at the best price on the market. I insure my car here and use a real estate agency.
