I cancelled reservation 2 weeks before arriving & according to the rules I'm entitled to 50% refund. I called 20 times, emails and person in charge for the transfers and manager Radoslaw Pokrzywicki does not want to refund the money.

Lovely place. Needs renovation but still nice. A lot of thing for kids to do and they enjoyed very much.

Nice hotel.. lacks customer service, maintenance, cleaning, had to ask for a room clean, sink blocked, cold shower,.. only gave us a room with one bed for 3 persons and then wanted to charge us 60plz per night for cot for my daughter.

Terrible place to stay, my luggage has been stolen and service was very unhelpful. Food wasnt great either.

Terrible. No warm water, cold bathrooms. Rooms that aren't cleaned up. Not recommended. Budget food. But the place looks kinda nice
