I cooperated with the office four times - always the service was nice and responded quickly. Unfortunately, the next question is total ignorance. I accepted the offer on Sunday, hoping that on Monday, sooner someone will contact me to buy a trip at a good price. Unfortunately, nobody wrote or called me. When I contacted myself, this trip was much more expensive. Translation - a problem with a computer. The standard nowadays - we break on ubiquitous electronics. The situation is very fresh. If someone cares for quick feedback after choosing an offer, I do not recommend it. Once they also proposed a very poor hotel - with served food from the front meals, a claustrophobic bathroom (dimensions 1x1,5m), conditions less than average. After this situation, I say that they do not care about regular customers. It's a pity, because I've recommended them to my friends so far.
