I felt like I ordered a burger and got a bun, but from a hot dog. A bit unprofessional ... As you can see, even with an interesting product, scare the customer away ... Ad vocem I was not even asked for a telephone number to contact in the future ... ---‐-------- Regarding the owner's response: In such a situation, it is enough to inform the potential customer that the customer with whom the contract is being finalized is already expected and propose to arrange a meeting at a time convenient for both parties or verify the availability of another sales representative in the showroom. After all, in 15 minutes, a premium product does not sell.

I do not judge the sales department because the car was bought in a different showroom. The car was serviced, the time was as agreed, the service was very professional and factual, it is possible to use the waiting room and connect to WiFi. The only drawback for the cost of replacing the blocks that I did not decide on. greetings
