Need several visits to fix original problem.
A few days ago I bought a BMW at the BMW Zdunek showroom in Olsztyn. During my subsequent visits, I was very pleased with the service provided by the salon staff. They deserve thanks for professionalism, courtesy and for quick handling of matters related to the purchase of the car of my choice. I would especially like to thank Mr. Adrian Gabor and Mrs. Monika Kryj. Their help, commitment and the amount of time devoted to me deserve praise and are a role model in this industry. I will certainly recommend this salon to my friends and purchase a BMW car, of course :-). Thank you again for everything to Zdunek BMW. I am very pleased. best regards
I put the car in the service with damaged tensioner roller. After 2 days the car was given back to me and nobody wagged a finger to repair it.
No fault found.
In Bydgoszcz, the diagnosis was in 1.5 hours.
Repair, including ordering parts for 1.5 days
2 years ago I left my car for an oil change. They changed the oil, but no one cleared the inspection
This is a hopeless place for your car!
I definitely do not recommend!
A very, VERY professional approach to the client !! The gentlemen from the parts department are able to "stand on their head" to deliver the order to my workshop on time, they always helped, always solved my problems with parts.
Honest 5 stars, I recommend it heartily !!
